Dress some text up in a whole lot of combining characters. There are two classes here. First, in the maner of the Zalgo, a random assortment of over/under/superimposed combining chacters. The Zalgo decoration is configured with the from prefixing, postfixing, or both, and a number of extras to add settings. Secondly, the text is overlaid with a single combined character on top of every input character.
