Capture the Flag with Stuff

Zarf (Andrew Plotkin) has a theory of games. Take a simple game, like Pong, and if you add "stuff" you can get a much more exciting game, like Arakanoid. Here he presents rules to a game he calls "Capture the Flag with Stuff". I've never played the game, but the theory of "with stuff" I find fascinating.
